Kamala Harris achieved the trifecta in political damage, and it was self-inflicted. She just can’t help herself.
Again, Harris was asked what she would do differently than Joe Biden. She was given another chance to right her campaign ship, and offer an alternative to Biden’s devastation, to distance herself from the man her party kicked out due to his mental conditions and the revolt over his policies. And how did Harris mitigate the damage? She nuked herself.
“What is one policy that you would’ve done differently over these last 3.5 years than Pres. Biden?”

As I consider that unbelievably stupid response, I can only explain it as the Muslim bombmakers who blow themselves up in their zeal to kill the infidels.
While Harris tried to cover her ass on this comment, pretending that she’s protecting Biden, the real comment should have been, “Vice presidents are not critical TO their presidents.” Because if you can’t be critical of your president, then you are just a “Yes man”, or in this case a “Yes woman”.
Harris’ answer brought three things to my mind as to the role of the VP as it pertains to dealing with the “boss”.
First, Harris as VP didn’t matter to Biden, because her so-called “experience” was moot.
I know that many Republicans feel this way about Pence. However, Harris touts her VP experience, claiming to have been Biden’s right-hand man as it were. In that regard, she supported his policy and stood by and did nothing.
We’ve seen the result of Biden’s border policy, as one example. And I will touch on this more in a bit. But for now. let look at the bigger issue to Harris’ comment which involves Biden’s obvious cognitive decline.
Based on Harris’ comments, she would never have undermined Biden’s presidency by admitting what Americans already knew. Even when asked this question of Biden today, Harris lies about Biden’s sharpness. Yet another lie in a series of lies. And this is why most Americans don’t trust Harris on important issues like immigration, the economy, and foreign policy.
Second, for a strong leader the running mate should offer a good balance.
And while this person shouldn’t necessarily be the key component to the candidate’s ability to win the race, they certainly could influence things. And this might be part of the reason Kamala Harris scraped the bottom of the barrel for Tampon Tim Walz.
Based on Harris’ comment, she expects Tim Walz to never contradict her. And while Walz does his best to play the part of a eunuch, in reality the man has turned out to be a boat anchor around the neck of an albatross. Still, Democrats and Harris touted Walz’ service (stolen valor) and his governing of Minnesota (into the ground) as his credentials to be her unnecessary backup. In other words, Walz’ so-called leadership is why he was chosen. However, he dare not showcase that leadership in bucking Harris’ decisions. Interesting that Harris’ comment on a VP (or running mate) not being critical of his boss, it works using of or to.
Third, what does Harris’ comments say about (A) Biden as Obama’s choice for VP, and (B) his choice of her as VP.
Dealing with Point A, Biden was a worthless VP as Harris suggested, and he served a worthless president. Neither of these men were worth “ten cents in Mexican money” as my grandmother would say. Frankly I wouldn’t give you a peso for the both of them.
Everybody knows that Obama chose Biden for the mere fact that he needed somebody far less competent than he. And nobody on the planet believes that Obama needed Biden to win in 2008. This was different in 2012, as there were some rumors that Obama might replace Biden with Hillary Clinton.
Interestingly, Joe Biden did buck his boss, as it is said that Biden got Obama to his mind on LGBTQ+ issues, and more specifically gay marriage. And most of us remember Biden’s comment about the disastrous Obamacare “big f*cking” deal. By the end of Obama’s disastrous presidency, Obama was a pariah and he warned America, “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f*ck things up.”
On Point B, Joe Biden admitted to picking Harris simply because she was Black. It didn’t hurt that she was incompetent, which was supposed to be Joe Biden’s insurance policy for a second chance to cheat Trump out of his rightful second term. And there was one other thing Harris was: willing to do whatever powerful her man needed.
Ironically, Joe’s brain malfunction showed itself more outwardly and obviously than Democrats forecasted. Thus, “Voila!”, Harris was in and Joe was out.
Funny aside: wrecking the American economy and setting the world on fire didn’t cause the cabal to scuttle Biden. But instead it took dementia for Democrats to finally dump the old freak.
