The following article, First Traitor Arrest: One Judge Down and Lots More to Go, was first published on The Black Sphere.
Well, it’s about damn time. Finally, real justice is being served, as we nabbed a perp. And not just any perp — a judge.
That’s right. One of the robed demigods who’s spent years wagging their finger at Trump for daring to govern like a president and not a woke HR rep.
Judge Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee County has officially become the first election cycle arrest — and she’s wearing the wrong color jumpsuit for a woman of her bench stature.
“A Milwaukee County circuit judge was arrested by the FBI over allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant evade arrest, federal authorities said.”
— NewsBreak
According to the criminal complaint (unsealed Friday, which in today’s world means brace for media silence by Monday), Judge Dugan was charged with two federal counts:
-
Obstructing and impeding a federal proceeding,
-
Concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest.
As it turns out, this sitting judge helped an illegal alien do the judicial equivalent of slipping out the back door during a drug bust. The man in question, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, was due for a little one-on-one with ICE. But Judge Dugan — bless her activist heart — decided she’d obstruct real justice in the name of social justice.
FBI Director Kash Patel broke the news in a social media post that was — in classic FBI fashion — deleted and reposted like someone hit “send” before their morning latte. But the message was clear:
“Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week… We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest.”
The new and improved FBI had its first skin on the wall:
One has to admire the Left’s consistency: when they’re not releasing criminals onto the streets, they’re actively helping non-citizens avoid consequences too. But here’s the kicker — Judge Dugan has form. She’s not some rookie jurist who got lost on the way to an MSNBC panel. She’s a former public defender, an ACLU darling, and someone who thinks the bench is a soapbox for political cosplay. Her bio even touts “advocacy for racial justice,” which is code for “I only follow laws I like.”
What’s really happening here?
This isn’t just about one bad judge with a Savior complex. Her actions show a symptom.
America’s judicial system has become a leaky raft paddled by judges who think they’re social engineers instead of referees of law. And nothing has exposed that rot more than their Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Let’s take a quick victory lap through the gallery of judicial shame trying to hamstring Trump’s presidency, candidacy, and very existence:
Judge Juan Merchan – New York Clown Court
At one point, Merchan presided over Trump’s “hush money” soap opera, Merchan was handpicked despite a blatant conflict of interest: his daughter, Loren Merchan, runs a firm that raises money off the Trump indictments for Democrats.
She’s made bank off Trump’s legal troubles — and her dad is presiding over them. Because nothing screams “fair trial” like a judge whose family is literally profiting off your conviction.
Judge Tanya Chutkan – DC Swamp Loyalist
If “bias” was a bench, Chutkan would be its throne. She’s the Obama-appointed judge overseeing the Trump Jan. 6 federal case and has dished out harsher sentences than even the DOJ requested for J6 defendants. She’s called Trump “a threat to democracy” — from the bench. Subtlety isn’t her strong suit.
Judge Arthur Engoron – Lord of the Real Estate Witch Hunt
Engoron ruled that Trump’s Mar-a-Lago was worth $18 million. That’s less than a modest mansion in a decent Dallas suburb. His ruling wasn’t just wrong, it was insultingly stupid. He based a fraud ruling on a valuation fantasy that even Zillow would be embarrassed to publish.
Judge Scott McAfee – Georgia’s Greenhorn Gladiator
Tasked with presiding over Fulton County’s RICO case (aka “Fani’s Folly”), McAfee is so green you’d think he was still clerking. He admitted he couldn’t rule out the appearance of impropriety in the romantic entanglements between DA Fani Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade — but still let her stay on the case. Because sure, prosecutorial pillow talk is totally ethical now.
So what are we looking at?
A growing number of judges believe the courtroom is their chance to rewrite history — or at least help their cocktail circuit friends “save democracy.” The arrest of Judge Dugan isn’t just sweet irony; it’s the shot across the robe-covered bow. For the better part of a decade, we’ve watched these activist judges stretch, bend, and break the law in the name of some greater woke ideal.
This arrest? It’s a flare in the night sky. A signal that not every corner of the justice system has gone off the rails.
Let’s hope this is the first of many mugshots featuring our judicial aristocracy. Especially the ones who think “justice” only counts when it kneecaps Trump.
