Planned Parenthood is in a full-blown meltdown—and not the kind that ends with a sympathy donation from a Hollywood starlet in between Botox injections. No, this time it’s serious.
The organization that has long cloaked itself in the language of “reproductive health” is trying to figure out how to recover from its golden government IV drip. The new “big, beautiful bill,” passed by the House defunded the abortion goliath for a year.
There’s been plenty of chatter over the reasons to get excited about the “big, beautiful bill” that passed the House last week. Pro-lifers are particularly hopeful that Planned Parenthood, which performs more abortions than any entity in the country and has taken in an increasing amount of taxpayer dollars, will be defunded this time, especially since this bill will do just that. The abortion giant is very much into fearmongering, especially with President Donald Trump in office for his second term, and is thus having to close certain locations. That’s made Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) less than thrilled.
Between May 13 and May 22, Planned Parenthood Action Fund (PPFA), released close to 10 press releases freaking out about the bill. All of them were posted in English and Spanish. The most recent press release as of Thursday night, put out on May 22, referenced closures as it lamented some “devastating” effects.
Let’s pause here and ask the obvious: They issued press releases in English and Spanish… but no Ebonics?
After all the “equity” chatter and racial pandering, you’d think the least they could do is throw a bone to the very communities they target with military precision. Margaret Sanger would be disappointed.
The harsh truth is that Planned Parenthood’s origins are steeped in eugenics, and their modern-day business model hasn’t exactly strayed far from the founding principles. Nearly 80% of their facilities are placed in minority neighborhoods, and yet we’re told this is about “choice.” Right. Just like a pickpocket gives you “options” with your wallet.
The question is simple: Why should everyday Americans be forced to fund an organization whose core service—abortion—is a moral, political, and religious flashpoint? Especially when many of its customers treat the procedure like a punch card loyalty program. No one’s saying you can’t make your own choices, but let’s be real—when it’s your fifth “oops,” that’s not “family planning.” That’s just bad planning.
And speaking of poor planning, let’s talk about how Planned Parenthood earns its keep.
Imagine a windshield repair guy going around with a baseball bat, smashing up car windows, only to offer his “expert” services to fix the damage he just caused. That’s basically how Planned Parenthood rolls: promote reckless behavior, offer the “solution,” and cash the taxpayer check.
Even NPR and PBS—those other Leftist darlings—don’t enjoy the twisted prestige Planned Parenthood does. All three should be forced to stand on their own two ideological feet without extorting tax dollars from hardworking Americans. Elon Musk can crowdsource satellites and land rockets backwards on floating drone ships, but Planned Parenthood can’t keep the lights on without Uncle Sam’s checkbook?
And let’s not forget that Planned Parenthood’s executives are living pretty comfortably off the spoils of this so-called nonprofit. Lavish salaries, slick buildings, and an endless cycle of lobbying, lawsuits, and media campaigns—all designed to protect their cash cow. Killing babies, particularly Black ones, is “doing God’s work” to these people. Sick, but true.
The Left’s meltdown over this bill is telling.
They’re not mad because women are losing access to mammograms—spoiler alert: Planned Parenthood doesn’t even offer them. They’re mad because a Trump-led Congress might finally shut down their dark money machine. The gravy train might just be pulling into its last station.
What Planned Parenthood fears most isn’t losing funds. It’s losing control—over the narrative, over minority communities, and over the Democratic Party’s ability to virtue-signal while profiting off death. Without taxpayer subsidies, they’d be forced to compete in the free market of ideas… and judging by their product, they’d be out of business by lunchtime.
So yes, Donald Trump is once again bucking the system and, ironically, doing more to save Black lives than any of the Left’s so-called racial justice champions. No riots necessary. No “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” chants. Just cutting off a taxpayer-funded pipeline that’s been devastating Black communities under the guise of “choice.”
The irony? The very party that chants “Black Lives Matter” is now crying over losing the ability to end them in utero for profit.
If Planned Parenthood wants to keep the lights on, maybe they can sell T-shirts or open a woke coffee shop. Just don’t send Americans the bill for their moral bankruptcy.
