Trump just froze $3 trillion in unreviewed federal grants, leaving Democrats and NGOs scrambling for cash. From Ukraine’s “reproductive services” to DEI water management, the Left’s slush fund hits an iceberg.
Democrats thought they could pull a fast one. Trillions of taxpayer dollars allocated to dubious NGOs and woke pet projects were about to flow freely—until Trump put them on ice.
The Freeze Heard Round the World
President Trump has frozen $3 trillion in federal grants. Why? Because these grants haven’t been reviewed in 18 months, and taxpayers have no idea what they fund. Biden’s “fire sale” of grants on his way out has finally hit a wall.
Take, for example, the NGOs. Joe Biden shoveled taxpayer money into leftist NGOs faster than Hunter Biden can misplace a laptop. Catholic Charities of San Diego received $41 million last year to shelter and transport individuals committing asylum fraud. Meanwhile, $278 million went to Catholic Charities of Fort Worth for “refugee cash and medical assistance.” These aren’t just drop-in-the-bucket grants; they’re tidal waves of unaccounted spending, now halted.
Consider this gem: $15 million earmarked for “sexual reproductive services” in Ukraine. Exactly how this contributes to defending against Russia remains a mystery. My first thought was this money would be used to reveal if Zelenskyy really is the father of Joe Biden’s baby? Because Biden got screwed.
On another note, clearly Hunter Biden had a hand in this deal. Let hope he washed up afterwards.
And what of the Biden administration’s infamous $100 million package for women’s rights under Taliban rule. Women’s rights with the Taliban? What did Biden expect the Taliban would do with these funds? Open Victoria’s Secret stores or strip joints? No need for abortion clinics in Afghanistan, as the Taliban deals with unwanted pregnancies by stoning the would-be mother.
Ok, now I see why Biden allocated $15 million of the $100 million promised. To avoid those unwanted pregnancies. As the Left would spin it: “We’re saving lives!”, as that money was to be spent on distributing condoms. Note I said, “distributing condoms”. Perhaps the other $85 million went to the purchase of said condoms? One thing is for sure, the Taliban doesn’t need money for armaments, since Biden left $8 billion of military hardware behind.
As for the condoms, nothing says “feminist empowerment” like latex in a war zone. And if the Taliban is anything like the Bidens, they too shouldn’t be held responsible for out of wedlock children, especially after sexually violating infidel women.
Leftist Grants: Highlights of Absurdity
Here’s just a sample of what Biden’s frozen slush fund included:
- $540,000 to “Transgender Equity Consulting, Inc.” for “behavioral health” in Hawaii.
- $1.2 million to New Orleans to “center BIPOC leadership” in water management.
- $600,000 to UC Irvine to manipulate social media, encouraging black and Latinx people to get vaccinated.
- $728,747 to Florida International University to study black students learning math in a “Hispanic-serving institution context.”
- $15 million for NGOs under the guise of protecting “basic rights and freedoms” for Afghan women—spent on condoms.
But perhaps the biggest winner was migration-focused spending, with billions flowing to organizations like Catholic Charities to manage the border crisis. Democrats didn’t even hide their intent: NGOs were already spending cash they didn’t have. Now, they’ll get nothing.
This freeze isn’t just about stopping waste—it’s a political masterstroke.
Given that list of projects, is it any wonder why Elon Musk got President Trump to put the kibosh on these disbursements. These project prove that the Biden administration and other Leftists couldn’t care less about their fiduciary responsibilities. They should be in prison for funding this type of nonsense. I’m overjoyed that Trump exposed the Left’s unchecked spending and their attempts to bypass oversight. His actions delivered a gut punch to their agenda. Whether it’s condoms in Afghanistan, trans behavioral health, or DEI water management, the absurdity of these grants underscores why they should’ve been frozen long ago. Actually, they never should have been authorized.
