All the cases against Hunter Biden were open and shut. So Democrats allowed the judiciary to prosecute Hunter on the one case that would deflect most from Joe Biden.
Only a fool would argue that Hunter Biden is innocent of the gun charge, or any of the other things he’s been accused of. And while we still need to see the suspicious activity reports, bank statements, tax returns, and other things that point to Hunter’s guilt on the other charges, we had all we need to know about the gun.
So the only logical and acceptable outcome for Hunter Biden was guilty. And while that verdict poses a problem for Joe Biden, the alternative would pose a much bigger problem.
For now, let’s focus on a guilty verdict.
Joe Biden was asked if he would pardon Hunter if he were found guilty. The X post details how Biden answered:

What’s the penalty for lying to get a firearm?
The ATFE claims to be “aggressively pursuing” those purchasing firearms illegally. They even put it in the title of a press release on their web page:
Federal Prosecutors Aggressively Pursuing Those Who Lie in Connection With Firearm Transactions
OKLAHOMA CITY — The Western District of Oklahoma is aggressively seeking to keep firearms out of the wrong hands by pursuing those who lie in connection with gun purchases. Several recent cases charged in federal court highlight these efforts.
Federal law prohibits knowingly making any false statement in connection with purchasing, or attempting to purchase, a firearm. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) requires prospective firearm buyers to complete ATF Form 4473. This Form requires buyers to answer several questions, including those about the buyer’s competency, criminal history, drug use, immigration status, and history with domestic violence. Applicants who knowingly make false statements may also face criminal prosecution for a felony and up to 10 years in federal prison.

“Keeping guns out of the hands of those who shouldn’t have them is of paramount concern,” said U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester. “We will use the tools available to us to pursue those who use a straw purchaser or lie when trying to buy a gun. We will continue to work closely with ATF and our law enforcement partners to prevent guns from falling into the wrong hands by holding accountable those who lie to get them.”
A bit later in the press release, the ATFE actually lists the people the agency was prosecuting for the crime. Let’s see what Hunter warrants.
Joe Biden was given the outcome of Hunter’s case in advance, and he tried damage control by saying he wouldn’t pardon him. He won’t have to.
President Kamala Harris will do the dirty work.
Joe Biden will step down soon, I predict. Because Democrats have internally conceded the 2024 election, though reluctantly. Kamala Harris will act as the sacrificial lamb, and do the wet work necessary to allow the Democratic Party to survive. Yes, Democrats will soon put the fate of their party in the Willie-Brown-appendage-weathered hands of Kamala Harris.
Hunter Biden’s trial allowed the Democrats to dispatch Biden. Harris can then assume to office of the president, where she will be called upon to make a sacrifice. Her career.
Hey, at least she won’t have to pleasure Joe Biden under the Resolute Desk in the White; arguably the ultimate sacrifice. Instead, Harris will pardon Hunter Biden, the entire DOJ including retired agents like Andy McCabe, Peter Strzok, and many more.
The list of pardons will insult all of America and will usher in an entire makeover of the DOJ and much of the State Department. But the pardons will be necessary or else many high-profile Democrats would do the perp walk.
Harris will gleefully issue these pardons, and take Biden’s ass-whooping that is inevitable for 2024.
