The following article, Priceless: The Hunter Biden Defense, was first published on The Black Sphere.
Hunter Biden is back in the news, thus white Leftist privilege is on full display.
Recall that the FBI withheld Hunter Biden’s authentic laptop for almost a year, knowing that it was authentic. They allowed the narrative of “Russian misinformation” to spread until after Joe Biden was appointed to the presidency by the cabal.
Then for 4 years, the DOJ led mostly by the FBI continued running interference for the Biden Crime Family. The media and social media outlets joined the DOJ in perpetuating lies, while knowing that Hunter Biden is a certifiable pervert. His list of crimes is longer than an elephant’s d*ck, and he served not a single day in jail. In fact, Hunter Biden lived like a king, as he refused pay child support on one of his children, stayed in $10,000 per week villas, and drove luxury cars. And that’s just for starters.
Hunter Biden ran the Biden Crime Family business, and his one job was to keep “the big guy” out of the spotlight. Despite overwhelming evidence of multiple family members being involved in the business, including Joe Biden, the DOJ ignored the evidence.
Let’s not forget that Hunter Biden was given a cushy deal to plead guilty to a negotiated misdemeanor tax charge as part of a deal with the Justice Department. That sweetheart deal would allowed the DOJ to dismiss the gun charges in a diversion agreement as long as Hunter stayed out of trouble for two years. Further, they would have most likely recommended no prison time. Far worse however, the DOJ wanted to allow this deal to make Hunter Biden immune from all other crimes he may have committed.
The agreement collapsed last year after a federal judge in Delaware questioned several unusual aspects, including how it was packaged.
Discovery of this sweetheart deal forced Attorney General Merrick Garland to pretend to uphold the law. Thus he appointed Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss as special counsel in this case a month later, in August 2023. The public embarrassment of this attempt to let Hunter off the hook compelled Weiss to pull the trigger on indicting Hunter Biden on crimes they knew he committed.
Hunter Biden was subsequently indicted in two separate cases: the gun charges in Delaware and the tax charges in California.
Though video and other physical evidence existed on Hunter’s gun charge, Hunter Biden’s attorneys made several failed motions asking for the gun charges to be dropped. Their defense questioned their constitutionality to challenging the appointment of the special counsel over the months between the indictment and trial in early June. That failed and the trial proceeded. However, after not even six full days of testimony in June, a Delaware jury took less than three hours to convict Hunter Biden on the gun charges.
During this trial, prosecutors exposed much of Hunter Biden’s debauchery. And this questioning came from a friendly prosecutor. So you can imagine what would happen if America didn’t have a two-tier justice system.
After the gun conviction, prosecutors pivoted to the California tax charges.
Prosecutors alleged that Hunter Biden had engaged in a four-year scheme to avoid paying more than $1.4 million in taxes for the years 2016 through 2019. Ironically, the tax years in question for Hunter also are the tax years in question for “the big guy”.
As for Hunter, During this time he lived a lavish lifestyle of staying at top-tier hotels, making payments to escorts and purchasing exotic cars as mentioned earlier. If you think debauchery was displayed in the gun trial, imagine what we would have learned by digging more deeply into the Biden Crime Family’s dozens of LLCs, hundreds of bank accounts, and over 150 Suspicious Activity Reports?
About a half-hour before the questioning of potential jurors was set to begin Thursday, Hunter Biden’s attorneys announced to a judge that they would like to enter into what’s known as an Alford plea.
This type of plea amounts to a mea culpa by the defendant, and allowed Hunter Biden to acknowledge that prosecutors have enough evidence to convince a jury of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt but also allows them to maintain their claim of innocence.
Understand that yet again knowing he is guilty, Hunter Biden wanted the “technicality” of innocence. These tactics mark the careers of the Biden family. All for show.
This plea was rejected by prosecutors, as lead prosecutor Leo Wise told U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi, “Hunter Biden is not innocent. Hunter Biden is guilty.”
At this point, Hunter Biden blinked. He changed his plea to guilty on all nine of the tax charges. Also, there was no offer on the table from prosecutors to reduce those charges or to recommend a lesser sentence. But what’s most shocking is prosecutors read the charging documents aloud for more than an hour before he was asked to enter the plea. That’s a long list of crimes.
And these were not ordinary crimes. The Biden Family committed crimes against America. They attempted to sell influence to critical infrastructure in America.
These crimes would have likely gone untouched had the cabal not needed to use this leverage to dump Joe Biden in the recent coup. So with his back against the wall, Hunter Biden decided to plead guilty. The younger Biden now now awaits sentencing in both his June jury conviction on charges that he lied about his drug use on a federal form to purchase a gun, which he possessed for 11 days, and the tax case he pleaded guilty to Thursday.
Hunter Biden’s statement about his actions doesn’t disappoint. After all the leeway he’s been given, Biden blamed drugs.
“I went to trial in Delaware not realizing the anguish it would cause my family, and I will not put them through it again. When it became clear to me that the same prosecutors were focused not on justice but on dehumanizing me for my actions during my addiction, there was only one path left for me.
I will not subject my family to more pain, more invasions of privacy and needless embarrassment. For all I have put them through over the years, I can spare them this, and so I have decided to plead guilty.
Let’s examine his statement up to this point. And in doing so, the part that fascinates me is that he claims that “prosecutors were focused not on justice but on dehumanizing me”.
Hunter Biden doesn’t believe he’s done anything wrong. He feels this despite the litany of crimes, for example the gun charge, sex trafficking, sex with underage girls, extortion, and much more.
Hunter’s statement continues, as he tries to make himself look like the Average Joe America taxpayer:
Like millions of Americans, I failed to file and pay my taxes on time. For that I am responsible. As I have stated, addiction is not an excuse, but it is an explanation for some of my failures at issue in this case. When I was addicted, I wasn’t thinking about my taxes, I was thinking about surviving. But the jury would never have heard that or know that I had paid every penny of my back taxes including penalties. That I have been clean and sober for more than five years now because I have had the love and support of my family.
So Hunter blames the drugs for not having paid his taxes on time. Was his accountant a drug addict too?
And while he alludes to paying his taxes and penalties, he omits that he got that money from a donor.
In the final part of his message, Hunter appeals to the “scourge of addiction”. Wouldn’t that be a convenient excuse for all addicts?
I can never repay them for showing up for me and helping me through my worst moments. But I can protect them from being publicly humiliated for my failures. For anyone now going through the scourge of addiction, please know there is a light at the end of that seemingly endless tunnel. I was where you are now. Don’t quit right before the miracle.”
I love his last sentence. “Don’t quit right before the miracle.”
What miracle will Hunter Biden pull out of some crack prostitute’s ass this time? I know I’m curious of the Vegas odds on Hunter beating the wrap.
